A credit is the unit we bill requests in. An app record costs 1 credit, lists (search, developer, new, removed, keywords) cost 2, available domains cost 3, categories and stats are free. The price table is above on this page.
On the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
The API will answer 402 insufficient_credits. Move to a higher plan or write to us — credits are added right after payment.
No. If a request fails because of an error on our side, the credits are returned automatically. A request for an app that isn't in the database is billed as usual.
Developer contacts in app records and in /v1/developer (email, phone, address, legal name), more credits and higher rate limits, database exports and company invoices. Terms are agreed individually.
In your account, click “Subscription & invoices”: there you can change your plan or card, download invoices or cancel. After cancellation the paid plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free.
Payments are handled by Stripe — card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. An invoice is emailed to you after every charge.
